Replaced one of the dashboard “cigarette” ports with a USB adapter. I chose to replace the Aux as the other port is a dedicated 20A outlet and is more useful left as is.

Engine Thermostat
We did a cooling system flush and fill, and as part of this decided it was a good time to replace the engine thermostat. This led us to discover other items that needed to be updated and fixed in the water pump area.
Upgrading the Rear Sway Bar
Installing a Hellwig anti-roll bar on our 2017 Unity was a relatively straightforward process that, for us, delivered noticeable handling improvements. We immediately felt reduce body roll, improve lower speed cornering, reduce swaying over speed bumps / entrance bumps.
AV Cabinet Shelf
In our corner bed CB floorplan, there is a dedicated AV cabinet just above the front TV. It was adequate for the basic AV items that came with the Unity. As we added more, such as a Bluray player, Roku, and Satellite receiver, things began to get crowded and stack on top of one another.
Protecting the macerator hose
Adding a protective sleeve over your RV macerator hose is a smart idea to prevent damage and extend its life. The macerator hose is not very robust and can get pinhole leaks due to being pulled out of the storage compartment and from abrasion while on the ground during pumping.
Adding skid rollers
Our Unity use to drag / clunk the rear hitch in our driveway or anywhere with a large dip in / out of a entrance/exit. The macerator pump is in an area where it could make contact and that would be a very bad thing!
Quiet the macerator pump
We had what we considered excessive noise coming from our macerator pump. It was not enough to alert zombies, but there was a bit of a drumming / reverberation noise in addition to the “standard” pump noise. We felt a couple of minor tweaks to the way the pump was mounted may provide some improvement, so here is what we tried.
