We arrived at our Maine (get it?) destination this week - the Augusta/Gardiner KOA. The folks are doing something called “workcamping” here this year. We aren’t sure what that is except they’ve been playing with leaves and branches for a few hours each day, and they came back with yellow polo shirts today, its the same shade of yellow that Blue put on Uncle John’s sock and shoe.
The day before yesterday we got to visit the folks’ friends, John and Linda, in northern Virginia. We had to stay in the coach (something about us “exploring” where we shouldn’t) so we didn’t get to bounce on their furniture, but the folks had a great time catching up with their friends.

Ever the gluttons for punishment, we redid the solid surface backsplash in the kitchen of our ‘03 U320 this week.
We had known about MCD for a few years, and had visited the factory in early 2008. From seeing the product in person, we decided “some day” we would install their blinds. That “some day” for us was this past March, once we realized we would be at least half-timers this year.
